×Surface print that wears off over time

Reverse Printing

The ink is printed as a mirror image on the back of the clear film. The film on top protects the print from abrasion, scratches and chemicals, so the graphics never wear off and the colours do not fade.

×Panels that fade in the sun and warp in heat

Industrial Durability

Polycarbonate film keeps its shape across a wide temperature range (about -40 °C to +120 °C). It resists UV, moisture, oils and alcohol-based cleaners, and for chemically harsh environments we offer hardcoat polyester.

×Labels that lift and bubble at the edges

The Right Adhesive

3M 467MP / 468MP for metal and painted surfaces, 300LSE for low surface energy plastics (PP, PE, powder coat). We listen to your surface and operating conditions and recommend the right adhesive.

×Off-the-shelf shapes, standard sizes

Made to Measure

Any size and shape, with pillow or rim embossed keys, clear or colour-filtered windows, dead-front display areas, LED windows and Pantone colour matching, so the panel fits your device exactly.

Process

From Artwork
to Panel

We follow the same steps on every new project, so size, colour and key feel are confirmed before series production.

01

Brief

We collect size, quantity, operating environment and application surface. No artwork? A photo or sample of your current panel is enough.

02

Material & adhesive

Together we choose polycarbonate or polyester film, surface texture, thickness and the 3M adhesive series for your conditions.

03

Proof & approval

We prepare a digital proof with sizes and colours. For new projects you can test key feel and windows on a sample before production.

04

Reverse printing

Pantone-matched screen printing for high volumes, UV digital printing for low volumes and prototypes, on the back of the film.

05

Embossing, windows & cutting

Embossed keys, clear/dead-front windows, and holes and shapes cut by CNC, laser or die.

06

Adhesive, QC & delivery

The adhesive is laminated bubble-free; after size, colour, cut and adhesion checks the labels are packed and shipped.

Questions

A control or information panel made by printing on the back of polycarbonate or polyester film and applied to the front of a device. It is also called a graphic overlay. Lexan is a polycarbonate brand name, but in Türkiye it is used as the generic name for these labels.

No. The overlay is the printed top layer. A membrane switch is the circuit layers underneath that make electrical contact when a key is pressed. We make both and deliver complete membrane keypads.

Because the print is on the back of the film, the clear film on top protects the ink from abrasion, scratches, chemicals and UV light. The graphics do not wear off and the colours do not fade.

It depends. Screen printing suits high volumes and strict Pantone consistency; UV digital, with no screen cost, suits low volumes, prototypes and gradients. We recommend based on your quantity and design.

Typically 0.125 mm to 0.75 mm, most commonly 0.175 mm and 0.25 mm. For embossed and membrane applications, the thickness is chosen for the key feel you want.

With the right adhesive, most surfaces including metal, painted surfaces, ABS, PC and glass. 3M 467MP for smooth metal, 468MP for rough surfaces and 300LSE for low-energy plastics such as PP/PE. Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol for best results.

Yes. With the right film, ink and adhesive it withstands sun, humidity and temperature changes. Tell us about outdoor use when you request a quote and we will choose materials accordingly.

Yes. We can work from a sample, a clear photo or a dimensioned sketch of your current panel, and prepare the artwork and cutting drawing if needed.

Screen printing is colour matched to Pantone codes. We provide a digital proof or a sample for approval.

Orders are delivered within 14 working days at most after approval; many jobs are completed sooner depending on quantity and options. We confirm the exact time in our quote.

No. We also produce single labels and prototypes; for low quantities we use UV digital printing with no screen cost.

Width and height (mm), quantity, surface (matte/gloss), options such as embossing, windows or LEDs, the operating environment and your artwork. Accepted formats: .pdf, .ai, .cdr, .eps, .dxf, .jpg, .png.
